Job Performance
Global Entitlement analysts are required to manage multiple cases inside Salesforce at once. Time management is critical to this role due to the sensitive data points collected. The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical/logical skills and speaks English fluently. The analyst needs to be able to learn rapidly in dynamic and changing surroundings.
Providing Analysis
Global Entitlement analysts are part of the full lifecycle analysis of NCR active accounts. Analyst collects data from various sources: contracts, billing, sales quotes, installation, and interprets patterns and account behaviors. Each analyst will compile various data points to tell the data story and present an Executive Summary. The information presented will be in a simplistic format offering solutions to improve the account's behavior, which will affect other internal teams.
